Summary of the Russian terms, version 1.0 of 10 June 2026

Refund terms

This page summarises in English how and when money paid for a Noir subscription is refunded. The terms form an integral part of the public offer and apply to every contract concluded by accepting it.

Binding version

The Russian-language original is the only legally binding version. In case of any discrepancy between this summary and the Russian original, the Russian original prevails. Read it at heynoir.com/refund.html.

1. The 7-day guarantee

You may cancel the subscription within 7 (seven) calendar days of paying for it and ask for the full amount back, provided all of the following hold at once:

That usage limit is set as a reasonable amount, enough to check that the service works on your devices. The free 7-day trial lets you get to know the service before paying anything, and it does not count towards the limit.

2. How to claim

Send your request either to the provider's email address, hello@heynoir.com, or through the Telegram service channel that becomes available once you have subscribed, stating that you want your money back.

The request should give the date and amount of the payment; the payment identifier, which appears on the receipt and in the payment provider's confirmation; the Telegram ID or username used when paying; and the reason for cancelling. The reason is collected for statistics only and you do not have to justify it.

Receipt of the request is acknowledged within 1 (one) working day, and further details may be requested if the payment needs to be identified.

3. How long it takes

The money goes back to the same bank card the payment was made from, within 10 (ten) working days of the request being confirmed. When it actually lands depends on your issuing bank's own procedures and may take longer. Access to the service ends as soon as the refund request arrives.

4. What the guarantee does not cover

The guarantee does not apply where:

In those cases a refund may be declined. This does not take away any rights the customer has under Law of the Russian Federation No. 2300-I of 7 February 1992 "On protection of consumer rights", where such rights apply.

5. If the service cannot be delivered

If the service is completely unavailable for reasons on the provider's side for more than 5 (five) consecutive working days, the customer may claim a proportional refund for the part not delivered, whatever the time since payment and whatever the volume of data used. Such a refund is paid within 10 (ten) working days of the request being confirmed.

6. Receipt correction

When money is refunded, the provider cancels the receipt previously issued in the "Moy Nalog" tax app, as Federal Law 422-FZ requires. The correction is sent to the customer the same way the original receipt was.
